Wensland urges to avoid further escalation in Gaza

The Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process, Thor Wencesland, expressed grave concern about the ongoing escalation, including the targeted killings of Palestinian leaders.

Wencesland said in a press statement today: “This comes in light of the brutal occupier’s continued bombing raids in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank in recent weeks, as well as reports of the murder of a five-year-old girl.

In his statement, he stressed that no attacks on civilians could be justified.
