The major road closures around Montreal this weekend will be few and local.

  • St-Urbain St., between Viger Ave. and St-Antoine St., will be completely closed from Friday to Sunday. After the weekend, only one lane of St-Urbain will be kept open in each direction until Jan. 20, 2023.
  • Place Jean-Paul-Riopelle is completely closed until Jan. 20, 2023.
  • St-Antoine St., between St-Alexandre St. and St-Urbain, will have one lane open until Jan. 20, 2023.
  • Viger St., between St-Urbain and Hermine St., will have one lane open until Jan. 20, 2023.

In Beaconsfield, Exit 48 (St-Charles Blvd.) on Highway 20 will be closed in both directions on Sunday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Also, a reminder that three lanes out of six in the Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine tunnel are closed until November 2025. Only one lane is open toward the South Shore. Two lanes are open towards Montreal.
