Trump Says He Will Be Arrested Tuesday, Calls For Protests To ‘take Back Our Nation’ – S Chronicles

Donald Trump has announced he will be arrested on Tuesday and called for protests to “take back our nation”.

In an angry post on his Truth Social page on Saturday, the former US President lashed out at “a corrupt and highly political Manhattan District Attorney” who is likely to face charges over a secret payment to movie star Stormy Daniels ahead of the 2016 election.

The text:

“NOW, ILLEGAL LEAKS FROM A CORRUPT AND HIGHLY POLITICAL MANHATTAN COUNTY ATTORNEY OFFICE, WHICH HAS ALLOWED TO SET NEW RECORDS IN VIOLENT LIABILITIES AND Whose LEADER IS FINANCED BY GEORGE SOROS, POINT THAT NO CRIME CAN BE PROVED AND DEMORALIZE AN OLD AND COMPLETE BAST (BY SEVERAL OTHER PROSECUTORS!) FAIRY, LEADER REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE AND FORMER PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA WILL BE ARRESTED TUESDAY NEXT WEEK. PROTEST TAKE BACK OUR NATION!”

The claim that he is being taken into police custody comes less than a day after reports that New York law enforcement are quietly preparing for the possibility that the subject will foment civil unrest if faced with any form of legal liability. .

The call for protests echoes the attempted coup he led on Jan. 6, 2021, when he called for a “wild” protest that ended in tragedy in Washington.

Manhattan prosecutors have yet to state that Trump was actually charged in the bribery case — or some other matter. But the investigation is just one of several with potential criminal risk for the former president.

Trump also faces allegations from prosecutors in Fulton County, Georgia, and from two separate federal investigations now being led by Justice Department special counsel Jack Smith.

Now he is waiting for the imitation of his favorite chimpanzee Jair Bolsonaro.
