GENEALOGY WORKSHOP TROY — The Troy Public Library announces a beginning genealogy workshop at 11 a.m. Sept. 15 at the main library, 100 Second St. The program is free; seating is limited. The Aug. 8 workshop, which is geared towards children 5 and older, will be held from 3:30 to 5 p.m. The Aug. 21 session, which is primarily for teens and adults, will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Both events are free and open to the public.
