Bomb threat forces evacuation of Unitek College in San Jose – USTimesPost

According to authorities, a bomb threat on Thursday afternoon led to the evacuation of Unitek College in San Jose.

The call came in at 2:55 p.m., according to the San Jose Police Department.

“The units are currently located on the … campus at the 6800 block of Santa Teresa Blvd. Responding to a bomb threat,” police said. “The school will be evacuated and officers will search the campus.”

Unitek is a private college offering degrees in Nursing and other healthcare fields.

Police and campus officials could not be immediately reached for more information, including asking if a device was found at the college.
